At Forever & Always Shoes, we want you to love every step in your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn pair within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
